Oven faults that we fix in London:

All these faults are easily repaired with the correct knowledge and spare parts, when taking on a repair the engineer will try to predict the spare parts required to repair the oven, giving you the customer a quick and effective solution which includes parts, labour and a 12-month guarantee.

When making an appointment for repair, your engineer will request the model number of your oven which can usually be found on a sticker inside the door or on the front of the machine. The model number is important as it allows us to bring the correct spare parts along making the repair quick and easy. We usually aim for a ‘one visit’ repair to save you time and get your oven back up and cooking.

When booking a repair, we prefer to keep it simple.

  1. You book a visit either over the phone or by text with your engineer where we will explain the repairs procedure and the cost of the repair.
  2. An engineer visits your oven, makes a diagnosis and attempts to repair it on the day.
  3. If the repair was not done on the day, your engineer will return at a time suitable to you with the correct parts.

If you have any special requirements or need a late-night booking, give us a call or request a callback from one of our friendly engineers.

We take pride in being transparent, meaning from the beginning, the price you see on our website is the price you will pay for your repair. This price includes absolutely everything needed to complete the repair with no hidden extras.

We can take a wide range of payment methods so you don’t have to go out of your way, for more information on payment methods ask one of our engineers.
